Welcome! The Town of Shelter Island is proud to present the following menu of programs and services for residents aged 60 years and over. Our goal is to help our older adult population to "age in place". That is, to remain independent in their homes, enjoying healthy active lifestyles, socialization and safety. We can help with the complex issues that arise after retirement, during and after an illness and help to cope with personal loss..
